Yvette Corvo Misner is a graduate of the University of Cailfornia, Irvine receiving a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Dance. She has been a dancer for 25 years and a full-time teacher and choreographer for 11 years. Her training includes Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Bellydance, Hip-Hop, and Musical Theater with a smidgen of African, Ballet Folkloric, and Ballroom. In the last 11 years she has had the pleasure of working with students of all ages ranging from 3 through 60+ at both beginning and intermediate levels. Recently her choreography projects have included working with the Woodland High School Showchoir for three years, the musical Once Upon A Mattress with Douglass Junior High School Students, and the musicals The Wizard of Oz, Godspell, and Seussical with the Yolo Stage Company.
